Yes. With an Alien Registration Card (ARC) and your passport you can sign a lease on the same terms as Korean nationals. If your ARC has not been issued yet, we will point you to listings that accept a passport and visa alone.

For a studio or officetel in the Seoul Capital Area, a monthly-rent lease typically runs 5–20 million KRW deposit with 400,000–800,000 KRW rent. Many landlords will lower the rent if you raise the deposit, so tell us your budget and we will match listings to it.

Your passport, your ARC (or visa), and a Korean bank account to transfer the deposit. Some landlords also ask for proof of employment or enrolment — we will confirm exactly what is needed before you sign.
